As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Specialist to join our team.

The Quality Control Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet quality and safety standards throughout the production process. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

- Perform quality control checks, including visual inspections, sensory evaluations, and laboratory tests, to assess product quality and identify any deviations or defects.

- Monitor and maintain records of quality control data, including test results, production records, and corrective actions taken.

- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive measures.

- Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits to ensure compliance with food safety and quality management systems.

- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to food quality and safety.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field.

- Previous experience in quality control or quality assurance within the food industry.

- Strong understanding of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP, SQF) and quality management systems.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision.

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
