What You’ll Do
Work with a team to prepare upscale comfort food for our guests
Cook and prepare a variety of food products, meats, vegetables, poultry, sauces, soups, desserts, and other food products using a variety of equipment and utensils according to daily needs
Understand and abide by the company’s cooking methods, kitchen rules, policies and procedures
Comply with all food safety standards
Assist in training all team members
Perform all position extra duties as dictated by guest volume demands
Interact with all team members in a positive productive manner
Consistently comply with our portion and quality standards
Maintain a clean and sanitary work station
Able to handle a knife efficiently and safety
Assist with inventory control
Receive and check in daily deliveries accurately and put away in proper location
Communicate any product and production/prep needs
Willing to assist in other food service related areas
Must be available to work Saturdays and holidays as needed
Must wear nonskid shoes
Perform all other duties as required or assigned.
