Food preparation specific to our standards, recipes and individual stations. Properly handling, rotating, storing and prepping of foods. Cooking food to our standards and within our 8-10 min ticket times. Writing and managing daily prep lists with other Team Members. Cleaning of stations and the entire kitchen area.
