Supervisor, Facility Management

Position Information:Location: Lititz, PAType: Full-TimeSalary: $75,000-$80,000/yrKey Responsibilities:Maintain Excellence: Oversee the maintenance and operations of campus grounds, custodial services, transportation, and repair projects.Team Leadership: Supervise, assign, and evaluate staff; provide training on work procedures, standards, and safety practices.Safety First: Ensure all safety regulations are followed, provide training, and support a culture of safety.Project Management: Lead projects related to facility improvements, preventative and deferred maintenance, and sustainable operations.Budgeting & Forecasting: Manage the department’s budget, prepare justifications, and authorize expenditures.Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Facilities, administrators, and key stakeholders to address safety, space utilization, and future facility needs.Sustainability: Create and implement environmentally sustainable policies and procedures for all grounds operations.Policy & Procedures: Develop, review, and update departmental policies and procedures to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
