We are a single-source solution from design through construction. At Frey Lutz, it's our unique, hands-on approach to every project that has won us some of the best HVAC and plumbing contracts in the area. Frey Lutz Corp is looking to add a Service Department Administrator to its team. The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated, possess communication and organizational skills, be able to handle multiple tasks, and have the willingness to learn. Key responsibilities include:
Assign and process purchase orders for technicians
Register and track warranty on new equipment
Process and track warranty parts for return to vendors
Process and track material sheets
Process service and preventative maintenance tickets
Enter contract data into service system
Maintain equipment, filter, and material lists
Order preventative maintenance contract materials
Assist in service department scheduling and coordination
