Nurse Practitioner

Ensures ongoing coverage and continuity; coordinates with other physicians for on call coverage and participates in that coverage as needed.Acts as medical liaison between LIFE program and others in the medical community (i.e. primary physician groups (attending), specialists and hospital staff); promotes discussions regarding medications, treatments, discharge and alternative regimens.Ensures compliance with LIFE provider regulations as they pertain to medical/clinical components.Utilize your advanced clinical skills to accurately diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, helping patients on their journey to recovery and wellness.Compassion, patience, and genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors.
