HR Intern, Recruiting - 942DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for an HR Intern to dive into the Recruiting world, provide a great candidate experience, and bring in the right talent to Ecore. You will learn how to sell career opportunities, how to assess talent, and strengthen your communication skills. You will also be given projects in other HR areas, providing you with a wide range of HR experiences.Core Contributions:

Review resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.

Develop your personal brand as a recruiter, building trust with candidates.

Search through Indeed and reach out to passive candidates.

Analyze digital and social media presence, making recommendations to incorporate new company branding.

Learn recruiting systems and create ideas for more efficient processes.

Participate in impactful HR projects to drive organizational performance.Essential Experiences:

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field

Previous experience working in an office environment preferred

Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is preferredWhat we offer you:
