-Receive and process change requests from customers
-Remarket accounts as needed.
-Handle client renewals including account review if requested by client.
-Work in concert with producers to provide an excellent customer experience
-Provide exceptional client service to existing clients and prospects
-Enter information in agency management system to service client needsThe Commercial Lines Account Manager must meet the following requirements:-Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance agent for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
-Experience with or willingness to gain proficiency and mastery of AMS360
-Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment
-Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office products
-2+ years experience working in the insurance industry
-Adopt the agency's sales and service culture to address customer's "Total Cost of Risk"
-Commit to individual growth and development in the agency
