We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Specialist to join our team. This role will be essential in providing assistance to users, solving inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of in-house developed applications. The ideal candidate will be able to monitor and implement necessary administrative changes within the system and serve as a primary point of contact for technical and application-related support.Business Support Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Respond to and resolve user inquiries, providing timely support for in-house applications.Monitor and manage administrative changes within the system to ensure optimal functionality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in the applications.Assist in the documentation of support processes, FAQs, and system updates.Provide end-user training and guidance on the proper use of applications when needed.Identify recurring issues and collaborate with the development team to improve the user experience.Assist in user account management and system configuration adjustments.Stay up to date with application updates and changes to ensure continuous system improvement.
