The High Steel Service Center, an affiliate of High Industries Inc., is a full-line metal processor and distributor , located in Lancaster, PA. We are currently searching for a part-time Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team.The Administrative Coordinator (P/T) will be responsible for performing administrative support functions for the High Steel Service Center.The Administrative Coordinator (P/T) will be responsible for providing back-up for the Administrative Coordinator II, by covering front desk/phone duties during breaks, lunches and vacations. They will also be responsible for collecting, sorting and maintaining Bill of Lading document and files; sending documentation to customers by request; distributing various monthly reports; and other duties as assigned.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Minimum of High School diploma and 1-2 years of administrative experience

Basic Microsoft Office software skills required

Aptitude to learn SAP functions

Willingness to learn and help other team members and internal department

Top-notch verbal, written and organizational skills
