"Jill" of all trades wanted!

Thanks for reading! I am seeking one special, skilled person for a position with a wide variety of skill sets needed. I own an insurance agency but also do other work. So, I need someone to train to manage the insurance business. I am extremely busy so along with that business aspect, I also need a personal assistant to take care of just about every personal need I have (running errands, housekeeping, shopping, etc.). The pay is excellent ($28-$38/hour). 40 hour work week (some hours are flexible and can be done from home).
