Overview:
The Kinship Navigators will support bilingual kinship families and coordinate resources in accordance with state contracts, regulations, and The Bair Foundation's policies and procedures in accordance with our mission.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in social work or related field.
Bilingual - Certified Spanish to English written and oral translator.
Competent computer skills in excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities:
Receive inbound calls, website inquiries, social media chat inquiries from Kinship Families or Case Workers to help identify their needs
Provide telecommunication solutions and recommendations to Kinship Families
Build positive working relationships with Kinship Families and enhance the image of the Kinship Navigator Program's perception in the community
Oversee proper time management of the call center obligations, including follow up contracts
Ability to use various computer tracking systems
Must have a courteous and friendly disposition when interacting with Kinship Families that is respectful and culturally sensitive.
Ability to sit for long hours to interact with Kinship Families using a computer with multiple screens and headset for call communication.
