Description We are searching for a meticulous Staff Accountant to join our team in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be primarily involved in managing accounts payable and receivable, conducting bank reconciliations, and handling general ledger tasks. This role offers an opportunity to work in a hybrid setup, allowing you to perform tasks both on-site and remotely.Responsibilities: Conduct month-end close processes such as posting journal entries, financial statement analysis, and accruals. Complete account reconciliations for assigned accounts. Perform monthly and daily banking reconciliations and related processes. Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial transactions within the ERP system [SAP]. Develop and/or improve systems, processes, and policies to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the accounting team. Provide support in the completion of the year-end financial audit with a 'big 4' firm. Assist in the posting of daily cash receipt transactions. Assist in the posting of accounts payable invoices. Assist the credit manager in billing corrections of invoices. Contribute to special projects as assigned. Requirements Proficient in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes Experience in performing Bank Reconciliations Ability to manage and maintain the General Ledger Skilled in making Journal Entries Capable of handling Month End Close procedures Familiarity with NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred Relevant certification such as CPA is a plus.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
