CluePoints Inc. is a premier provider of Risk-Based Study (RBx) and Data Quality Oversight Software. CluePoints Inc. is seeking Lead Clinical Data Analysts to apply advanced-level knowledge of mathematical and statistical theories, principles, and concepts, as well as experience with data quality, to perform technical configuration of the CluePoints solutions for clinical studies based on customer requirements.Job responsibilities and duties include:Drive technical Subject Matter Expert initiatives (including impact analysis and testing of new releases of the CluePoints SaaS Platform), taking ownership for execution.Identify, initiate, and ensure successful outcomes for internal efforts to drive optimized processes, best practices, standards, and related tools/templates relevant to Data Services.Provide mentoring and technical coaching of Data Services team members to help drive customer success and broad adoption of the CluePoints Solution.Provide consultation and related ongoing support to customers.Responsible for the technical configuration of the CluePoints solutions for clinical studies based on customer requirements.Perform analyses using CluePoints SaaS Platform diagnosing and explaining anomalies identified in the clinical study data.Summarize findings and lead the communication of results to customers (both written report and oral presentation).Ensure appropriate documentation is produced and maintained for each study.Provide both on-site and off-site training to customers.Provide consultation and related operational support to customers as needed, with the help of the Project Team.Assist peer analysts with peer review.This position will have no direct reports.Multiple Openings.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or any other related fields of study plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in any related position(s) in which the requisite experience was gained.Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency, skill, experience, and knowledge with the following:

SAS and R

Data analytics

Applying mathematical and statistical concepts in a professional or academic setting

Completing or overseeing clinical trials and reviewing clinical data

CDISC databases

10% Domestic or international travel.WFH available, must be able to commute to the office as neededAdditional Information:
