- Service delivery client services based on direct BA and QA
- Provides action support to existing customers, upgrades, and implementation on the ClaimsXten side
- Have customer's give them production support
- Key customer high touch high demand day to day interactions, emails, and meetings

- Associates or Bachelors required = Bachelor of science

- 4-8 years of healthcare experience maximum
