Has a demonstrated understanding of applying the use of technology to optimize and enhance workflows for Front and Back-office staff. Assists with identifying, evaluating, planning, and revising any existing system to standardize workflows. Works with staff and practice leadership to optimize the usage of the system through education and training,execute change and facilitate adaptation to the electronic medical record. Must have strong project management skills and be able to effectively communicate patient care activities, promote meaningful, user-friendly, and patient-centric processes while driving improved outcomes for patients and staff. Work with analyst teams for effective process design, development, and implementation of the electronic medical record.
