Direct hire opportunity

Salary: $70,000-$75,000

Onsite role

Responsibilities:

Maintain employee records and HRIS system

Recruiting, hiring, discipline, and training of employees

Manage payroll processing

Ensure site is following all policies outlined in the employee handbook

Work with Director of HR on employment issues on site including to FMLA, workers comp, etc.

Advise operations of important dates such as review dates, certain training dates

Increase employee engagement & culture expectations through suggestion programs, employee shout outs, yearly employee event, wellness program, etc.

PTO, attendance tracking inside the HRIS

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field OR the equivalent in experience

2-4+ years of experience in human resources with a generalist focus

SHRM or PHR certification preferred
