PALCO Power Systems , a subsidiary of Scott Electric Company , has an immediate opening for an Office Administrator position in our Jeanette, PA branch.This position would be Monday - Friday from 8 am to 5 pm .Position Responsibilities:
Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy
Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence
Support bookkeeping
Create and update databases and records
Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so
Expedite open orders with the factory
Inventory control on received generators
Process purchase orders with specified venders
PALCO Power Systems has been a leading supplier of Kohler Generator Systems for factories, hospitals, nursing homes, water and sewage plants, and home standby since 1972. PALCO Power Systems is the exclusive distributor of Kohler generators in Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and a few counties in Maryland. We provide a variety of natural gas, lp gas, and diesel generators ranging from 8.5KW to 3250KW.
