In this role, you will direct and supervise field office supervisors to ensure licenses, certification and enforcement actions, and field office operations are monitored and completed during mandated time frames. You will also direct and oversee routine meetings and communication with field offices, as well as ensure policies and procedures are consistent between the field offices. You will have an opportunity to collaborate with other management staff within the division to ensure continuity of action and compliance with program goals.Other key responsibilities of the position include reviewing and evaluating field office survey workloads to ensure consistency and timeliness in meeting federal certification and state survey and licensure requirements. You will be instrumental in implementing measures to ensure accurate, complaint investigations and completion of federal forms. You will also recommend and assist in the development of training programs, as well as offer recommendations to the division chief regarding survey and complaint reports for complex or emergency situations. In addition, you will serve as a liaison with field office staff in making corrections and finalizing survey reports for presentation to the division chief and the facility.Interested in learning more? Full-time employment (37.5 hours per week)
Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) full-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Jackson Center.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
Five years of health care facility survey experience, three years of which must have been in a supervisory capacity and a bachelors degree; orFive years of experience that involves the development, implementation and evaluation of policies and procedures for health care administration, three years of which must have been in a supervisory capacity and a bachelors degree; or
Any equivalent combination of experience and training which includes the required three years in a supervisory capacity.Other Requirements:
