(Additional hours as needed to fulfiill the needs of the department.Function: Ensure S&T Wealth Management operates in conformity with federal and state regulations as they pertain to all divisions of Wealth Management (Trust department and Investment Services group in order to protect the Bank from litigation, civil money penalties and enforcement actions and assist in maintaining a positive public image.Duties and Responsibilities:Assumes duties and responsibilities as directed to ensure continued compliance support for Trust department, and Investment Services Group.Assists in the management of the Trust department's compliance program to ensure continuing compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The compliance program includes the following components: policies and procedures, training, monitoring, and consumer complaint response.Assists with the FDIC examination, Pennsylvania Department of Banking examination, and all external an internal audits of the Trust department's compliance program. Monitors findings and recommendations resulting from examinations and audits.Assists with the identification of compliance risk considering the size, level, and complexity of the Trust department's operations; financial product and service offerings; and their delivery systems.Assists in the development of an annual risk-based business plan to establish compliance program objectives.Develops and maintains working relationships with compliance liaisons to ensure that compliance requirements are incorporated into business processes and follows an effective monitoring system to ensure that responsibilities are carried out and requirements are met. Communicates and assists with any corrective actions that are taken for any identified procedural or training weaknesses to preclude regulatory violations.Assists Compliance Liaisons, as needed, in the development of compliance policies and procedures to ensure consistent operating guidelines that support the Trust department in complying with applicable consumer protection laws and regulations.Maintains knowledge and understanding of all consumer protection laws and regulations that apply to the Trust department and Investment Service's business operations.Assists with and maintains an effective compliance-training program for the Trust department's products and services and business operations related to consumer protection laws and regulations. Assists with compliance training as needed.Participates on Trust Fiduciary Committee and various task forces, as needed.Demonstrates a strong ability to work independently, as well as motivated to work as a team player, exhibits excellent interpersonal skills, in order to contribute to the success of the department and in turn, the organization.Performs additional duties as assigned.Physical Demands:

80% of the day is spent operating a keypad device. 20% of the day is spent operating electronic/office equipment. Requires the use of manual dexterity skills for typing and filing up to 60% of the business day. Specific vision requirements include close vision of 18"-20" for computer work. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus specialized training or a two-year degree.Experience:
