Provides accurate documentation for Records requests for Legal Summons, Subpoena's and Search Warrants. Responsible for completing Research Requests within given times frames and within established policies. Completes Decedent Research and Reporting. Assists with Legal requests when needed.Communicates professionally, verbally and in writing, with both internal and external contacts.High School diploma or equivalent is required. One (1) year related experience is preferred. Proficiency in typing, reading, writing and grammar skills, analytical or mathematical skills, communications and interpersonal relations is required.Bona Fide Occupational Qualifications

Moderate reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; these skills normally associate with the receiving of a high school diploma or equivalent;

Proficient manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination;

No physical limitations that will prohibit heavy lifting.

Successful completion of the 1-3 month training period within the department.

Proficient analytical skills; proficient communicative and interpersonal relations skills.

Ability to comply with established budgets and operate within budgetary constraints.
