Surface Mount (SMT) Machine Operator

Electronics Contract Manufacturer has an immediate opening for a SURFACE MOUNT MACHINE OPERATOR in Indiana, PaPrepare an automated printed circuit board (PCB) assembly line to run jobs. Perform on-line programming and set-up of a solder paste printer, pick and place machines, and reflow oven. Duties include loading of components onto machine feeders, verifying proper position of feeders, and performing in-process inspection of boards built. Calibrate and maintain Surface Mount Assembly equipment. Qualified candidates should be highly motivated, team oriented, and mechanically inclined. Excellent organizational and reasoning skills, and a working knowledge of computers, are required. Prior experience working with PCB assembly equipment is a plus. Candidate must be willing to help in other areas (Manual Assembly, Inspection, etc) when required. We are willing to train the right person.
