The Packaging Engineering Intern will support packaging engineering to assess and capture productivity opportunities. Collaborate on the creation and planning of packaging technology development. Identify and assort packaging information found on quality and manufacturing reports to implement procedures for packaging improvement.Maintain a digital repository of packaging specifications, training documents, and packaging engineering guidelines.Key Job Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze data of packaging experiments and elaborate reports to present findings.

Lay out plans to carry out productivity opportunities.

Assist to drive the implementation of packaging programs that help achieve the company's sustainability commitments.

Carry out packaging analysis with 3rd party laboratories that help characterize material properties.

Provide support to initiatives focused on quality improvements, enhance product freshness and operational issues.Key Behavioral Competencies:

Comfortable working in a distance team environment.Education and Work History:

BS undergraduate is preferred (Packaging engineering, industrial design, chemical engineering, industrial engineering or related degrees).

Interest on packaging design or materials is a plus.

Proficient in computer skills and in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).Physical Demands:
