Domain Architect- Advanced Therapies Supply Chain - 2406185632WDescriptionJohnson & Johnson Technology is recruiting for a Domain Architect, Advanced Therapies Supply Chain (ATSC).The Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine (JJIM) Advanced Therapies Supply Chain (ATSC) team is an end-to-end pharmaceutical supply chain dedicated to accelerating new technology platforms and deliver on our pipeline of transformational medicines in cell & gene therapy, radiopharmaceuticals, and new vaccines.We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with deep technical experience, strong architecture background and solid understanding of Supply Chain Technologies in this exciting and innovative field of medicine!As a steward of innovation, you will play a key role in the design of a sophisticated transactional and data architecture. You will help define the future state standard technology template that enables Advanced Therapies to seamlessly interact between internal and external supply chain nodes.You will represent the Advanced Therapies domain and shape a partnership with the global SAP S4H transformation team to provide leadership to ongoing strategic programs, projects, and governance teams, as well as other critical initiatives as defined by the Advanced Therapies Technology team.Key Responsibilities:

Technology leadership across the Advanced Therapies digital ecosystem. You will influence product development lifecycle and system fit for purpose decisions.

Work closely with cross-functional business and technology teams, internal & external.

Member of AT Core Team working with our transformational ERP team to shape the future state design template and integration patterns for Advanced Therapies.

Seek insights proactively and make them accessible to the AT product teams.

Ensure AT Product Teams incorporate industry standard methodologies & lessons learned in Cell Therapies into their product roadmaps and design plans.

Engage with collaboration partners and product leads throughout the product lifecycle.

Maintain relationship with internal and external architect groups, including internal Enterprise Architecture.

Maintain relationship with key business partners in Advanced therapies, including Growth & Partnerships, Vein to Vein, Plan, Procurement, External Quality and Legal business leaders.

Leverage / adapt existing capabilities and strategic programs in other technology platforms to accelerate the technology maturity for AT.

Collaborate with business leads, ERP global team and AT Product Lines to confirm aligned design and implementation plans.

Other key expectations of the role include:

Help Technology Product Leads shape their product roadmaps and maturity.

Participate in test & learns, POCs and other initiatives to accelerate innovation with focus on a highly digital, paperless global model.

Ensure problem solving and decision making addressing major risks and issues by identifying, documenting, resolving, communicating, or advancing to senior leadership when appropriate.

Collaborate with key team members and foster diverse and inclusive high-performance teams!

QualificationsEducation:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as architecture, information systems, engineering, computer science, or business.

Experience and Skills:Required:

10 years of experience in technology roles such as Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, and/or technical product or project management.

Experience in technology software integrations and integrations architectures.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate team members.

Preferred:

Experience in a Supply Chain technology.

Knowledge of autologous cell therapy manufacturing is highly preferred.

Proven experience with Multi Echelon Supply Chain Business Networks and other end-to-end planning & supply chain integration technologies.

Experience in ERP or Source/Deliver technology capabilities strongly preferred.

Experience with data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.

Other:

Language requirements – English - proficiency needed to operate confidently at a senior level in global business.

Travel percentage 25% – mixed domestic / international.

Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.
