Commission Analyst

Adecco is assisting a client in their search for a Remote Commission Analyst . They will play a key role within the Field Compensation team. This role will be the first point of contact for any escalated and/or complex field compensation inquiries received from both our internal and external partners. They will ensure that each situation is met with urgency while delivering clear, accurate and concise resolution.Key Responsibilities:

Handle Agent of Record (AOR) changes :

AOR changes occur when a client requests a change in their assigned producer

Requires completing and verifying forms, updating the system, and ensuring all details are in order.

Tasks may involve:

Updating policy administration systems.

Processing servicing-only changes or servicing and commission changes.

Handling simple changes or more complex tasks like policy splits, requiring updates to each record.

Work is repetitive and detail-oriented but requires a high degree of accuracy.

Utilize policy administration systems (e.g., DCM/Mainframe):

Requires navigating multiple systems and manually inputting data across platforms.

Inbox Management :

Review team emails, identify requests, and complete associated tasks.

Collaboration with Financial Professionals (FPs) :

Understand the FP hierarchy and their role in signing off on changes.

Apply math aptitude with an understanding of percentages and relationships in numbers, to analyze commission transactions and provide clear explanations to our callers.

May involve reviewing entire blocks of business or conducting lookups to ensure data/order accuracy

Skills and Experience Needed:

Attention to detail.

Strong technical skills including advanced knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook

Comfort with repetitive tasks and manual data entry.

Familiarity with accounting principles (helpful but not required).

Ability to navigate and learn various systems.

Experience in a high-volume, accuracy-focused role.

Work Environment:

Fully remote.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time.
