Job Title: Business Development RepresentativeJob DescriptionCandidate will be responsible for helping customers from initial online inquiries/phone calls up until the point of sale so they are very involved in the sales process.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Daily, via the telephone and Internet, responds to customer inquiries regarding new and pre-owned vehicle inventory.

Answers customer responses and replies to customer e-mails daily.

As they are received, promptly responds to incoming sales calls/customer inquiries.

Determines vehicle needs by asking questions and listening to customer needs.

Recommends alternate vehicle choices, when necessary.

Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., as well as recommends those things to customers.

According to predetermined work plan, on a daily basis, makes follow-up calls to customers.

Maintains a follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business, which contributes to customer satisfaction.

Maintains a prospect development system and consistently implements that system.

Sets appointments with prospects to visit showroom or meet at a place of their choice.

Meets with prospects during appointment times. Reviews vehicle choices and features. Works all steps to the sale and finalizes purchase and paperwork with customers and dealership staff.

Establishes, implements, and maintains personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity.

Moves vehicle from lot to front of store on occasion for customers to take test drive. They will also take customers on test drives as well.

Hard Skills

2+ years phone Customer Service experience

Proficient with Microsoft Office

Professional and willing to speak with customers via email and telephone

Data entry skills for recording customer information into the customer service database

Job TypeThis is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Horsham, Pennsylvania.Work EnvironmentThe candidate will work at the dealership in Horsham, PA and will have their own cubicle with a phone and computer setup. They will work with a team of about 5 other people consisting of other CSR/service Reps and Sales Manager. Dress code is business casual. Hours: Candidate must work 9-5 pm two days out of the week and 12-8 pm two days out of the week and every Saturday 9-5 pm.
