The Commercial Account Executive is responsible for achieving volume targets through outbound efforts to expand the company portfolio and broker database. In addition, there is an expectation to maintain and grow existing relationships.

Minority/Female/Disabled/VeteranResponsibilities/DutiesGenerate sales opportunities by leveraging lead lists, individual networks, and organic calling activities.

Work with Director of Sales Administration to monitor broker performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Collaborate with Director of Sales Administration and Marketing to create promotions suited for brokers and customers based on industry trends.

Process customer applications in accordance with company guidelines and coordinate with brokers and customers to obtain necessary financial and ancillary information when required.

Effectively work across departments to ensure a seamless borrower and broker experience.

Provide timely and consistent communication to brokers and borrowers.

Monitor and respond to incoming calls and general sales inbox inquiries.

Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and meetings.

Maintain company database with accurate and relevant information.

Faxing, Scanning, Mailing, Filing, and other administrative tasks.Essential FunctionsWhile performing the essential functions of this position, the employee may be required to ascend/descend stairs and work atop a small ladder to store and retrieve files. The employee will need to position self to lift up to 20 pounds of materials for file maintenance. The worker sits most of the time; however, some amount of mobility is necessary to accomplish tasks. The ability to communicate and exchange information verbally and written is required. The incumbent will operate a computer terminal and phone with repetitive motion, while analyzing or preparing data. Temperature changes may occur during the workday in the office setting. The worker may have prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. The worker may have to travel to industry tradeshows and company events.Knowledge - Skills & AbilitiesBS or BA Preferred in Finance, Business, or related field.

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in related industry, preferred.

Self-motivated with strong written, organization, time management, and communication skills.

Basic ability of operating computer (PC) is necessary including Work, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ability to learn various company software platforms and CRM systems.
