Provide leadership and direction to the HR Solution Center, Concierge, and Data teams for the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective services; consistent with the current and future needs of Penn State Health employees, including the College of Medicine and their employees. The HR Data manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining an operating model that delivers customer-centric solutions. Monitor and report on the efficiency and effectiveness of the teams to the Director of Benefits and Absence Management and lead continuous improvement activity. The HR Data manager will maintain a strong functional team through effective recruiting, training, coaching, team building, and career and succession management. The HR Service Operations Manager will oversee the team's involvement and maintain expert knowledge of all systems utilized by the HR Solution Center, Concierge, and Data Teams.MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

Bachelor's degree.

Minimum five (5) years of related experience.

Minimum one (1) year leadership experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

Master’s Degree preferred.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is highly preferred.

Customer Service experience preferred.

Knowledge of enterprise-wide HRIS systems, call center operations, and case management software preferred.
