High School Diploma or GED required.
Completion of accredited apprenticeship training and seven (7) years effective experience in a related field performing comparable work, or twelve (12) years construction experience required.
Valid Driver's License required.
Must pass a written test and hands on skills demonstration with a score of 70% or greater.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
Two (2) years supervisory or estimating experience preferred.
Experience in building construction trades in a commercial/industrial setting is preferred. Electrical/ Plumbing/ Carpentry experience is preferred.
Experience in the operation of tractors, forklifts, high lifts and other types of equipment preferred.
Basic computer skills preferred.
