Plans, conducts and evaluates reviews and audits of clinical documentation and billing practices for conformity with applicable regulatory requirements. Identifies proactive opportunities to strengthen charge capture processes, enhance regulatory compliance and facilitate appropriate revenue capture.MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
Bachelor’s Degree plus four (4) years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience required
Experience with data manipulation and analysis using software such as Excel is required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
Revenue Cycle coding experience with a strong IT/data analytics background is preferred
Certified Professional Coder (CPC) preferred
