Description We are looking for a diligent Loan Servicing - Customer Service professional to join our team in the financial services industry, located in HERMITAGE, Pennsylvania. In this role, you'll be tasked with managing customer interactions related to loan servicing in a call center setting. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls related to loan servicing Manage and resolve customer inquiries related to their loan accounts Process and manage customer credit applications Maintain accurate customer credit records and account information Perform tasks related to mortgage processing as assigned Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account status Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service within the call center environment Utilize skills in Mortgage Servicing and Bank Relations to effectively service customer accounts Resolve customer issues related to loan servicing in a timely and efficient manner Contribute to the overall function and efficiency of the MLS call center Requirements Proven experience in Mortgage Servicing, ideally within the Financial Services industry Strong knowledge of Bank Relations and the ability to maintain and develop these relationships Prior experience in Call Center Customer Service, demonstrating excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills Strong problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to identify and resolve customer issues promptly Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all customer inquiries are tracked and resolved efficiently Ability to work under pressure and handle a high volume of customer interactions Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to the role Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service at all times High level of integrity, trustworthiness, and adherence to privacy and confidentiality requirements.
