Lab Pack Chemist

We’re looking for a Lab Pack Chemist who will share our commitment to our people, partners and planet. Traveling to locations on your assigned route, you will be responsible for packing, transporting and properly disposing of hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals and waste material in accordance with our environmentally responsible policies and procedures.  General Purpose:Consolidate, treat, store, pack, transport and/or dispose of hazardous waste in accordance with environmentally responsible and cost-effective practices and Clean Earth policies, practices and procedures.  Provide outstanding service to clients.  Maintain records with accuracy and attention to detail. Primary Responsibilities (Essential Functions):Conduct large and small Lab Pack projects.  Segregate, pack, transport materials and complete documentation in accordance with all governmental, customer, and Clean Earth policies, practices and proceduresPerform on-site testing of unknown materials adhering to all regulations and company guidelinesProvide on-the-job training to Technicians and Operators in equipment operation, service line processes, and required documentationMaintain records for DOT, DEA, and other government entities as assigned.  Instruct, provide feedback, direct and assist team in performance of job duties to complete work in accordance with all applicable regulations and internal policies, practices and proceduresPerform other reasonably related tasks as assigned by management.
