Description We are in search of a Bilingual in Spanish HR Generalist to join our team in Hatfield, Pennsylvania. This role will be a part of the financial services industry, focusing on human resources tasks. The workplace is an onsite location, and the position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Comprehensively manage and process credit applications for customers Maintain and update customer credit records with a high level of accuracy Efficiently handle and resolve customer inquiries Monitor customer accounts regularly and take necessary action as per the company's policies Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now software for various tasks Employ the Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATS) for data transfer Handle and manage Ceridian and Dayforce software Oversee benefit functions and ensure compliance with company's standards Develop and maintain effective employee relations Handle tasks relating to the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) in compliance with regulations.Requirements Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is essential Must be skilled in using ADP Workforce Now Should have a solid understanding of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Ceridian software skills are required Should have a strong grasp of Benefit Functions Excellent communication skills are necessary Compliance knowledge and expertise are vital Must have a background in Employee Relations Familiarity with FMLA is a mustBilingual in Spanish required.
