This position as a general laborer is a physically-demanding jobs (handling 50-60# bags repetitively at the bagging line for a full shift )
Production plant is not climate controlled, which means extreme temperatures certain times of the year.
After initial training on the fertilizer bagging line, you will be rotated throughout the manufacturing plant to learn where your talents are most suitable. With growing knowledge and productivity, the wages will increase.
The following requirements must be met in order for you to be considered for the position:
Can you legally work in the U.S.?
Do you have experience in manual labor?
Can you stand for a full shift of 8 hours?
Are you able to lift 50-60 lbs. repetitively for an 8-hour shift?
Do you have good work ethics?
Do you have dependable transportation? NO public transportation to and from Bainbridge PA
High school or GED (required)
This is a full-time position Mo – Fri 7:30 AM -4:00 PM with some overtime during busy season (currently 40- 56 hours per week)
