Our team of seasoned professionals is deeply committed to crafting both stunning and functional concrete pieces. As we continue to grow, we're on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join our production team.
Production Laborer Role:
Responsibilities:
- Prepare molds for concrete to be poured.
- Releasing concrete products from molds.
- Cleaning molds and workstations for future product pours.
- Reading and understanding dimensioned scaled drawings.
- Coordinating and cooperating with other production areas.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience working in a related field is a plus but not required.
- Ability to follow guidelines and company procedures.
- Can work both independently and as part of our team.
- Values integrity, trustworthiness, and reliability.
- Skilled in utilizing handheld power tools.
Physical Requirements:
- Standing and walking for extended periods of time.
- Exposure to fluctuating weather conditions.
- Ability to bend or stoop.
- Able to lift at least 75lbs.
Location: Duncannon, PA 17020 (Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.)
Position: Full-time
Salary: 35,500 annually
Benefits: Full-time, paid time off, and paid holidays.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. (No Weekends)
License/Certification: Driver’s License (Required)
Paid Holidays available after the 90-day probation period.
