SUMMARY OF A WAREHOUSE STAFF SUPERVISOR:
National staffing agency is offering career opportunities to an Onsite Coordinator in the office at Mechanicsburg, PA. This position requires a high energy, sharp, detail oriented and personable individual with a can-do attitude. This position will provide services to key accounts. It will handle the direct supervision of all employment-related aspects of the contingent workforce assigned to client’s facilities.
REQUIREMENTS OF A WAREHOUSE STAFF SUPERVISOR:
Minimum of 1-2 years of management/supervisory experience.
Bilingual a plus.
Computer Skills (MS Office, Excel, PPT and Word).
Strong Customer Service and Client Relations.
Great communication skills oral/written along with leadership qualities.
Must possess good customer service and assertiveness skills.
Previous supervisory experience a must and great follow up skills.
Must be able to work flexible hours and meet deadlines.
Previous Human Resources knowledge highly desired.
Must have knowledge with Office 365
Experience with Bullhorn
Previous staffing experience preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF A WAREHOUSE STAFF SUPERVISOR:
Manage and motivate staff, recruit staff, train and develop staff, according to company policies and employment laws, and ensure relevant HR procedures are followed.
Responsible for employee supervision and evaluation.
Address client and associate satisfaction issues promptly.
Provide training, coaching, development, and motivation to bring out the best in each team member.
Communicate effectively with other branches and senior managers.
Utilize Resource’s training methods, website, tools, safety manuals, etc. to perform daily duties related to training and development of new and existing associates.
Update Bullhorn system of all corrective actions situations and attendance.
Perform other duties as requested.
SCHEDULE & PAY RATE OF A WAREHOUSE STAFF SUPERVISOR:
2nd shift position
Monday - Thursday
4pm to 2:30am
$20.00 to $22.00 / hour DOE
