Experienced Hood/ Exhaust Cleaning Technician – Starting - $20.00
The general laborer performs tasks involving physical labor for restaurant exhaust hood systems. This position requires operation of various tools. Candidate must be reliable and hard-working.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Restaurant Exhaust Hood Cleaning
- Using a Pressure Washer
- Using Cleaning Chemicals
- Taping Plastic Around Exhaust System
- Climbing on Roofs
- Clean Hood Filters
- Post Service Clean Up
- Other Duties as Assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Prior Exhaust Hood cleaning preferred.
Valid driver’s license.
Not afraid of heights.
Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers and customers.
Ability to work extended hours as needed.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This position may require the ability to lift 50lbs, bending, stooping, standing and walking. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
POSITION TYPE / EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
· This is a full- time position. This position may require some overtime and weekend work.
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS
