At Oracle Health, our mission is to improve healthcare and quality of life globally through better experience and easier access to health and research data for patients and healthcare providers.As a Technical Analyst I, you provide functional and technical expertise to our clients and collaborate with project teams who are implementing Oracle Health software. Much of your time will be spent troubleshooting service requests, running automation for content packages, resolving client incidents and maintaining frontend and backend applications while creating documentation throughout the duration of an issue. As you work with Oracle Health technologies, you prioritize and plan issue resolutions both independently and in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.When hired into the External Content Factory team, you will gain insights into Oracle Health’s support methodology and work alongside the experts to gain knowledge and skills that will prepare you for a long-term, meaningful career with Oracle Health . You will work directly with clients, so strong communication and customer service skills are needed.ResponsibilitiesBasic Qualifications
At least 4 years total combined related work experience and/or completed higher education including:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field; or equivalent, relevant work experience
Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency through work experience or academic coursework in a programming language including: SQL
At least 2 years of customer service work experience
Expectations
U.S. work authorization required
Provide on-call support when needed
Willing to work on a flexible schedule as needed
Access to a reliable internet connection
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
