This role will drive a portfolio of Data and Analytics strategic initiatives and will be responsible for developing new streamlined processes to improve efficiency in the organization.Strategic thinking skills, drive to solve problems, a high degree of organization, data-oriented analytical abilities, and project management experience are key attributes that you will bring to the table. Your can-do attitude, a proclivity to lead and drive, and a flexible digital skillset will be key components of our success.Responsibilities of the Strategic Initiatives Project Lead will be:

Strategy and planning to align business operations with Analytics & Behavior Change mission and goals.

Developing road maps, operating models, KPI tracking, budgets, resource allocation and plans for projects.

Identifying and prioritizing product and service improvement opportunities and creates plans for implementation.

Manages, directs, and coordinates a portfolio of enterprise, DDAT or A&BC projects.

Managing the development, implementation and enhancement of operating policies, processes and procedures that affect the organization's short- and long-range goals and strategies.

Planning and coordinating operations and special projects in multiple areas (e.g., short- to long-term planning, process improvement, budgeting).

Creating accountability and alignment across teams, departments, and functions to achieve project and program goals.

Maintaining project timelines and status reports, communicating key milestones and risks to stakeholders.

Leveraging tools to create, design and automate internal reporting solution.

Streamlining and automating existing manual processes and reporting.

Required Qualifications

5+ years Project Management experience

3+ years Strategy & Planning experience

3+ years Budgeting, Resource Planning, Project Implementation, Training Facilitation, Process Improvement and Change Management

3+ years Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio

Experience taking initiative and ownership of tasks and projects

Clear and effective communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Successful track record of enterprise-wide project implementation

Proficient in Smartsheet and Quickbase

Interested in learning new products and tools to implement improved reporting and process automation

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$67,900.00 - $199,144.80This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
