Establish and maintain partnerships with correctional facilities, parole/probation offices, community-based organizations, employers, and training providers.Facilitate workshops, presentations, and informational sessions educating individuals on workforce development opportunities, job readiness, and supportive services.Conduct one-on-one assessments to determine individual needs and refer participants to appropriate resources.Assist with the coordination of job fairs, hiring events, and employer engagement activities tailored to individuals with criminal backgrounds.Advocate for fair hiring practices and promote second-chance employment opportunities within the community.Track outreach efforts, program enrollments, and participant outcomes ensuring organizational compliance.Exhibit flexibility in handling unexpected changes in work volume, emergencies, staffing needs, or other situations.Provide ongoing support and follow-up to program participants to ensure successful reintegrationUnder direction of Operator, establishes targets and develops an annual outreach plan to increase engagementTracks and reports on outreach planDevelops and maintains updated distribution listsIn conjunction with the funder and Site Administrator(s), provides the local community with updates     Supports all partner staffTracks and reports on all outreach activitiesTrains and supports staff on messaging to potential participants seeking center servicesDevelops and distributes a newsletter for staff and employersMaintains knowledge of Career Resource Center processes and provides coverage as neededassists in the coordination of outreach activities to the community both in-person and virtuallyWorks closely with the Operator and team, as well as the partners and funder to help increase awareness of available services in the community
