Risk Management Analyst

Opportunity: Risk Management Analyst Act as a liaison between the hotels and corporate risk management function, supporting the department and act as a resource to property level associates on issues related to risk management. Potential Career Path Risk Manager andndash; Director of Risk Management Essential Job Functions Manage communication/education programs with property-level managers regarding property safety committees, safety training and other field safety initiatives. Provide training resources and materials for properties in worker's compensation procedures, property risk management decisions, and general safety. Monitor property compliance with OSHA regulations and other federal, state and local requirements. Oversee all hotel guest liability claims. Track and maintain all property insurance claims. Review each incident report for completeness before submitting to the insurance carrier. Analyze loss data and report on statistical analysis. Make recommendations to improve loss prevention program. Provide general administrative support to the Risk Management function. Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM's EarthView program. Practice safe work habits. Perform other duties as requested by management. Position Requirements Previous risk management experience preferred. Strong administrative and organizational skills required. Strong Excel skills required. Hospitality experience a plus. Work Environment and Context Work schedule varies and may include working on holidays and weekends. Required to sit for extended periods, lift up to 10 pounds, bend, reach, use hands and fingers to operate keyboard.
