Investigate sites and collect data
Design stream restorations
Design dam projects and perform safety inspections
Analyze sediment transport
Investigate water resources
Perform hydrology and hydraulics (H&H) and flood modelling
Design stormwater management

Bachelor's Degree, Engineering preferred. Will also considered allied professional (Environmental Science, Biology, Geomorphology, Hydrology, Landscape Architecture, Ecology, equivalent work experience, etc.)
Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WANT:
0 to 3 years of experience
Experience in (or willing to learn) field reconnaissance, survey equipment operation, drone operation, data collection, and data analysis
Course work or willingness to learn stream restoration, AutoCAD, H&H modeling (HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, HY-8, SWMM, etc.), floodplain studies, dam design, stormwater management design, and the permitting and approval process.
Willing to learn or experience in construction observation and oversight.
Willing to learn or experience in use of software for hydrology, hydraulics, drafting, presentation, and routine office administrative tasks
Writing and verbal communication skills
Willingness and ability to occasionally travel and work overtime
