Perform Surveys and Collect Data from the Field
Assist with Stream Evaluations
Process Collected Information into Useful Formats using AutoCAD, Excel, Word and other Software Programs
Perform Documented Construction, Stormwater Control Measures and Outfall Inspections
Perform Engineering Analyses and Calculations
Assist with Drawings, Permits, and SubmissionsYOU TELL USWhat water resource concern do you want to solve?REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma
Enrolled in college-level engineering or allied field
Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WANT:
Interest in streams, stormwater, water supply, or wastewater treatment
Willingness to perform a variety of tasks including basic research, data collection, inspections and field observations
Ability or willingness to learn to work on various software platforms (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, GIS, AutoCAD, MicroStation, HydroCAD, HEC-HMS or other Hydrologic and Hydraulic (H&H) programs)
Ability to follow written and verbal instruction , solve problems, and offer creative and innovative solutions
Collaborative attitude
Strong verbal and written communication skills
