In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Driver and Vehicle Services Division by analyzing and improving the systems necessary for their operations. This position performs advanced analytical work in the adaptation of various vehicle titling and registration applications. It gathers requirements for systems by interviewing users and process owners, prioritizing and analyzing documents, creating use cases, and communicating with other bureaus to set up infrastructure and additional application support. Full-time employment.

Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.

This position also performs off hours support and reporting as required.

Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. This position has the potential for hybrid telework schedule of some type in the future. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

Five years of business process analysis experience; or

One year as a Business Analyst 1; or

One year as an Information Technology Trainee; or

One year of business process analysis experience and a bachelor's degree; or

An equivalent combination of experience and training.
