Processing accounts payables and receivables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Manage high weekly volumes of invoices in an orderly fashion
Providing documentation to support month-end and year-end closing
Maintaining compliance with internal company guidelines related to all AP processing
Assisting in the preparation of financial reports

Requirements:
A minimum of two years of relevant experience in an Accounts Payable position
Proven working knowledge of the full AP cycle
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, predominantly Excel
Exceptional numerical aptitude and attention to detail
Preference for an associate degree or higher in accounting or a related field
