Job Family: SalesReq ID: 407797Customer Support SpecialistPosition OverviewThe Customer Support Specialist role is a vital part of our customer service team, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our customers and channel partners. You will handle end to end inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support to our valued channel partners via, e-mail, phone, and CHAT. Each individual team member is responsible for a list of channel partners.Inquiries would include, but are not limited to, change orders, expedites, providing status updates on deliveries and tracking information. Additional tasks would be monitoring and processing customer invoices via web-based portals, and assist resolving any invoicing discrepancies or disputes related to those invoices.Customer Support SpecialistThis position will be remote/hybrid in Harleysville, PARole Description

Respond to customer/channel partner inquires via phone, email, and chat promptly/professionally.

Distribute, execute and resolve cases in case management tool, SieSales, which may include.

Pricing and Availability

Product information or directing customers to appropriate parties.

Order Status/Order Inquiries such as change requests, cancellations, or expedite requests.

Post-sales support with activities such as RMAs or RECO requests

Initiate Debit or credit requests to resolve discrepancies with the billing process.

Oversee and process the invoicing of orders via selected customer web-based portals.

You will win us over by having the following qualifications:Basic Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a customer service representative or order entry

Associate degree in business, supply chain management or another related field or equivalent in work experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

SAP Knowledge

SieSales or equivalent CRM tool experience

The pay range for this position is $45,400 - $84,300.00.
