AV Technician

Description:Excel Communications is seeking an experienced AV tech with commercial installation/service experience. Ideal candidates should be able to work with racks, manage cables, terminate cables, and troubleshoot audio visual systems. Knowledge of AV control systems is highly preferred (Crestron, Extron, Polycom, Biamp, Cisco, & AMX are the big ones Excel works with). The tech will be responsible for following drawings and completing the field modifications. They will also need to accurately upload system programs and troubleshoot AV issues as required.Three years experience with installations of various size.Familiarity with Extron, Crestron and AMX control systems, audio consoles, power amplifiers, digital signal processors, video matrix switchers, video scalers, PC interfaces and digital video recorders.Skills:Video conferencing, Installation, Low voltage, Audiovisual, Troubleshooting, Extron, Polycom, Crestron, biamp, ClearOneTop Skills Details:Video conferencing,Installation,Low voltage,AudiovisualAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Strong experience in Audio Visual Control Systems is preferred.
