JOB SUMMARY: The Community Outreach and Alumni Coordinator is responsible for creating a robust alumni program to ensure alumni are engaged, informed, and inspired. The position must have the ability to create strong internal equity with staff to assist in continuing care plans and overall positive client experience. This position must be able to effectively communicate our value proposition to attorneys, probation officers, community organizations, other treatment programs, labor unions, EAPs, hospitals, medical staff, clinicians, state and government agencies, and the direct consumer (parents and/or families). Responsible for working with the admissions staff directly in delegating inbound calls from alumni for all re-admission processes or outreach efforts beyond Alumni Coordinators’ ability. Develops, designs, and arranges for publicity and promotional materials for alumni functions and/or services, in assigned area of responsibility. DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties: Essential Functions:

Job Type: Full Time

Required to work onsite 2 days/week minimum for client engagement

Management of BriteLife Alumni app.

Ability to facilitate an aftercare group.

Completion of client phone calls, ability to offer support both days and nights .

Ability to manage and participate in tours for BriteLife Recovery’s facility.

Communication with the admissions department on alumni relapses/ readmits.

Communication with case management regarding alumni needs.

Assist in creation and organization of Alumni events.

Ability to prospect into new potential referral accounts, as well as continuing to communicate and follow up with existing accounts.

Facilitate meetings, tours and drop-ins with potential referral sources.

Communicate with potential admissions in regard to the current program, follow-up and provide any information to the Admissions Department.

Confirm with client families in regard to communication expectations; provide all referral sources with a formal “thank-you” after a client has admitted.

Collaborate with Case Management in planning client aftercare.

Attend any relevant local community events, networking groups and continue communication/ connection to local township, chamber of commerce, etc , on behalf of BriteLife Recovery . Including attendance of any local, and regional activities. Collaborate with the Business Development team and coordinate educational events/ Marketing activities.

Ability to increase admissions by educating the referral community on appropriateness to refer to BriteLife Recovery Programs while effectively communicating the company’s value proposition.

Ongoing maintenance of customer relationship database for continual tracking of marketing strategies, completed needs assessment, contacts completed, future call objectives and relevant notes. Ability to report findings to weekly marketing meetings and summarize trends to the Director of Branding & Alumni .

Assist in the d evelopment of a comprehensive business development strategy on a quarterly basis; with the inclusion of referral business growth plans from current active accounts, past active accounts and newly established accounts.

Develop strong working relationship with BriteLife Recovery staff; collaborate with key personnel to incorporate their expertise on the program in educational sessions both on and off-site.

Collaborate with program directors, call center, admissions, and case management staff to ensure consistent delivery of service. Communicate frequently with directors and admission/intake staff to meet or exceed service expectations .

Monitor, evaluate and report on referral trends, utilization , and referral source/ customer satisfaction , i.e., generating positive Google Reviews

Report any issues related to operations or admissions to the respective team, to guarantee the continuation of outstanding client service.

Develop and execute prospecting sales development plans by geographic area to increase market share and positively impact volume .

Assist in the development of promotional collateral for specific targeted services and niche markets as needed and within budget .

Promote BLR philosophies; generate team spirit; and create and maintain a business environment that fosters the highest levels for quality, excellent customer service, and superior team member satisfaction
