AT THIS TIME, WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PART-TIME HR Generalist that understands Employment Law, EEOC, knowledge of ADP payroll or similar Payroll enviroment.PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT:Effectively uses all selection and on-boarding tools and processes, works with Human Resources Director to staff positions.
Hires, develops and promotes Customer Maniacs, that are Friendly, Trustworthly, Faithful employee's .
Sets high standards for appropriate team behavior on shift.
Listens to individual and group concerns and is approachable, takes appropriate action.
Effectively resolves Team Member concerns.
Demonstrates Belief in People by treating each person on their team fairly and with respect.
SALES AND PROFITS:Knowledge of P & L responsibility, Budgets, Goal Setting.
Demonstrates Accountability for growing sales by achieving on target .
Involves entire team in executing marketing initiatives, product promotions and suggestive selling.
Demonstrates Excellence by following Cost of Sales, Cost of Labor and semi- variable standards.
Develop and Area that is progressive in achieving Max Sales increases, People Development, Thinking out of the Box mentality and promotability of Team to Shifts, Shifts to Asst.Mgr, and Asst's to RGM's
Uses Balanced Scorecard, P&L and appropriate reports to analyze their business and establish tactics for improvement. Track Daily Sales, Weekly and Monthy Sales.
HUMAN RESOURCE FUNCTIONS:Able to Interview for Management Position
Works to assure Compliance for FLSA
Current on State and Federal Labor Laws
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and Word
Able to learn ADP payroll functions and perform payroll tasks.
Excellent Communications skills
Knowledgeable in Unemployment Law and Hearings
