Representatives are required to maintain positive and professional interactions at all times.Tasks include placing orders and handling service inquiries.Team members are often required to collaborate with other team members for successful outcomes. Team members should be able to positively accept coaching in accordance with departmental goals and objectives.Essential Duties:
Handle incoming calls, emails, letters, and/or chat sessions from customers.
Input information from interactions into customermanagement system.
Look upinformation to provide answers and recommendations to customers
Explain products in a clear and professional manner.
Obtain all relevant information to assess validity of complaints and to determine possible causes.
Quickly assess customer needs and proactively provide solutions.
Consistently use sale approach and techniques based on product.
Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Comfortable using PC platforms, Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
Must have open availability including weekends
Ability to type 25 wpm or greater
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Attention to detail
Flexible team player with ability to execute duties efficiently and error-free
Reliable and conscientious
Good organizational skills and work habits
Skilled in time management and multi-tasking
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening and weekend shifts
Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs
High school diploma/GED certificate - higher education a plus
A minimum of 6 months in a customer service environment
